The Edward A. Ulzen Memorial Foundation (EAUMF) was established to provide opportunities in higher education for youth from Elmina, Ghana and the surrounding district. It also exists to promote primary care and public health initiatives in the KEEA district through international exchanges. The EAUMF also operates the Elmina - Java Museum, dedicated to archiving Elmina’s history for posterity.
